Spa Arrival
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you are not rushed and can relax for a few minutes and enjoy our amenities. Please note all appointments will end on time regardless of your tardiness.
Cancellation
If you must cancel or reschedule a spa appointment, we ask you do so at least 24 hours in advance . If you do not cancel in advance you will be charge the full amount of service.
Gratuity
Gratuity at Vive is completely left to your discretion. Gratuity may be left in cash or charged onto a credit card. Envelopes are available at the front desk. Spa etiquette on gratuity is generally 20%, our spa professionals appreciate your generosity.
Vive Spa Amenities
Seperate Men & Womens locker rooms with steam & sauna, showers and limited products. Each spa guest will have a locker, robe, and slippers provided during there stay.
Spa Environment
Although our spa is an adult sanctuary we do make exceptions for children only if they are receiving a treatment . Other wise we ask children be left behind so you can thoroughly enjoy your moment of solitude and relaxation.
No cell phone zone. Please make sure your cell phones are turn off Cell phones are NOT allowed in any treatment rooms during a service.

Total Rewards
We accept Total Rewards comps on a 1:1 basis for products and services. Total Rewards may not be used for gratuity.
